Return to unlocked media
Gallery concerns media unlocked in the application, not every thumbnail in the public catalogue. Reopening a saved item is also different from requesting another generation.
Check the email identity if something expected is missing. Another profile will not show media associated with the original conversation or purchase.
Manage the character premise separately
Custom AI designs are associated with their creating account. A new design is private, and publication to Community is a separate choice.
Creation settings and full companion conversation are different entitlements. Review Premium access for Custom AI chat rather than assuming that a finished design opens all paid features.
Distinguish cancellation from removal
Match the signed-in email to the purchasing account before changing a plan. Cancellation stops renewal; Delete Profile permanently removes the account through another confirmation.
For billing help, retain the receipt, transaction amount and date. A request should not include complete card information or a one-time sign-in code.
Questions
Does removing a browser icon remove the account?
No. An icon is an access shortcut. Deletion requires its own account confirmation.
Can a second email reach the original subscription?
Use the identity that owns the purchase. Another email can open an unrelated profile without the same entitlements.
