Why the statement may name INVAI LTD
The label can be SWIPEY.AI or INVAI LTD, depending on the payment provider. INVAI LTD operates the service from Cyprus, which is why Nicosia or Cyprus may appear beside the merchant name.
Premium, Hearts and Fan Club purchases can use these labels. The wording alone does not identify the type of purchase, so compare the entry with a receipt and account activity.
Check the identity and purchase type
Locate the inbox used for your account and look for the receipt. Review Settings, Subscription and Current Plan for the term and renewal date. A separate Hearts purchase should not automatically be treated as subscription renewal.
If nothing matches, contact support using the account email. Include the date, amount, currency and full statement label so the transaction can be investigated.
Share a reference, not payment credentials
A receipt reference helps identify a payment. If card identification is needed, provide the last four digits rather than the complete number. Explain whether the issue concerns an unexpected renewal, a duplicate payment or an unknown transaction.
Never include a card security code, banking password or one-time login code. Use private support instead of public screenshots. For a payment you did not authorise, also contact your payment provider through its own channel.
Distinguish the posted charge from the next one
Cancelling a plan changes future renewal; it does not reverse an entry already posted to the card. Identify the existing charge separately if you are asking for a payment review.
Retain the cancellation confirmation and the end date of paid access. For a later transaction, compare its date and purchase type with those records before assuming it is another renewal.
Questions
Why is Nicosia shown next to the charge?

Which card details are safe to include in a request?
Send a receipt reference and only the limited identification needed, such as the last four digits. Do not send a full number, security code or banking credentials.
