Identify the purchase and the problem
Use the purchasing account email and include the payment date, amount and currency. Add the receipt or transaction reference if available, together with an existing ticket number.
Explain the issue briefly: for example, a duplicated payment or purchased access that did not appear. Send the details privately rather than posting payment evidence in a community discussion.
Explain why you are requesting review
Requests are considered individually and do not guarantee repayment. The purchase terms generally make payments non-refundable, except where mandatory applicable law requires a different outcome.
For a feature failure, name the feature, approximate time and error. A short sequence of events is more useful than repeated copies of an entire personal conversation.
Confirm renewal status independently
If you do not want another paid term, complete cancellation in subscription settings and retain the confirmation. A payment-review email does not automatically switch renewal off.
Keep the two requests distinct: investigate the identified charge, and confirm whether the subscription will renew. This avoids leaving a future payment decision implicit.
Keep the request and receipt together
Retain the original receipt and reply in the same support conversation when adding information. Include the existing reference rather than starting several parallel requests for the same issue.
Provide no full card number, security code or bank password. An unauthorised purchase should also be raised through your payment provider's own support process.
Questions
Is a refund issued as soon as I cancel?
No. Stopping renewal and reviewing an existing charge are separate actions. Identify the purchase in a support request.
Can I request review from a button in the app?
There is no automatic refund control. Contact support with the account and transaction details.
How should I add details to an open request?
Reply using the existing support reference so the receipt, explanation and follow-up remain in one conversation.
