What each part of access does
Free signup gives a limited introduction to characters, basic conversation and creation settings. Premium provides full companion features such as Custom AI chat and relationship progression.
Hearts remain a separate in-app balance used for media, calls and extras. A plan entitlement and an available balance should not be treated as interchangeable.
Check the term total and the renewal
Premium is available for one, three or twelve months. The current purchase screen gives the relevant price and currency. A monthly equivalent for a longer term is not necessarily a monthly payment arrangement.
Check what is collected immediately and what happens at renewal. An introductory price or bonus does not establish identical terms for every later payment.
Use the right control after purchase
Subscription cancellation prevents the next renewal. Reviewing an existing charge is a separate support request, and removing an app shortcut does not complete either process.
For usage, review the amount attached to the media action itself. A Hearts top-up, a reward and plan renewal each serve different purposes.
Questions
Is every media request included with Premium?
No. Particular image or video actions and live calls can spend Hearts in addition to requiring plan access.
What differs between subscription terms?
The term, payment and bonus arrangement differ, while Premium features are shared. One- and three-month payments add 200 Hearts; the first annual payment adds 300.
