Claims and consecutive-day progress
Premium members can claim daily rewards. A streak follows consecutive claims, and a missed day can restart that sequence.
The reward displayed on the account is what matters for a claim. It is separate from an introductory signup balance and from a purchased Hearts top-up.
Finish the requirement and check the result
A quest can award Hearts, progress or spins. Read what completion requires, then check the relevant balance or progress record instead of assuming all rewards appear in one place.
Hearts are used for in-app media and extras. They do not replace a recurring subscription payment or represent money available for withdrawal.
Treat the wheel as a rewards activity
A wheel spin is distinct from gifting in a Duel or commissioning an image. The rules and result of that activity determine what the account receives.
If the expected result is missing, report the activity and time with the account email. Keep personal account information out of public community messages.
Questions
Does a reward start or renew Premium?
No. A reward changes the stated balance or progress; a subscription is a separate purchase.
Do Hearts have the same role as the plan?
No. Hearts cover particular in-app actions, while the plan controls paid feature access over its term.
