The verification journey
Ondato provides the check, which can use liveness, age estimation and documentary evidence where needed. Access to the restricted content depends on the outcome rather than merely beginning verification.
Incomplete or invalid checks do not grant access
An unsuccessful or incomplete attempt does not establish eligibility. Further checking can be required if an outcome expires or becomes invalid. Do not attempt to circumvent the required controls.
Ask about a failed or incorrect outcome
Contact hello@swipey.ai with the device, error and an explanation of the problem. Do not post identity documents in a public channel or send them to a message sender whose identity you have not verified.
